Summer Fun has just begun!... and it's still Spring! |

November 26th 2004:
This was the first really hot day of the coming summer months, and mum was at her wits end with me and the heat.
I'd had a tummy bug for a couple of days and all I could do was throw up after each feed. So after 21 hours or so, of nothing but cooled boiled water, I was feeling much better.
Then my big sister, Aimee, read (on the Jolly Jumper instructions) that I could bounce and stay cool at the same time - see!
*blows a raspberry*
I'm cool and you're not!

November 27th 2004:
Was another scorcher, but not as bad as the day before, mainly because the clouds were protecting us from the main heat of the sun.
But to be on the safe side, mum didn't take us down to the beach until really late in the day. It was still very warm, but not enough for us to expire.
As you can see - some of us weren't as attentive to the sun, sand and sea as the rest of us!
That's my big blister, Mel on the mobile phone - she's addicted to SMSing.

Who would have thought there was a bigger bathtub than the one we have at home? I prefer the one in our bathroom, though - it's a lot warmer! *brrrrrr*
That funny stuff on the ground kept eating my toes too - but all I had to do was lift my feet and my toes came out again. It felt funny against my skin.
There was lots to see at the beach.
Mummy took me into the water, and we found a crab, but when it came out onto the sand, it disappeared into that funny stuff that eats my toes, and one of the other kids had to come along and rescue it.

November 28th 2004:
Three days in a row we've been slowly roasting - but today we actually went outside. Do you have any idea how bright it gets out there?!?!
Thank goodness mummy put a hat on me, so I could hide under it.
My big sister Melanie works for Safeways, so we got to go to the Christmas Party this year - there were lots of rides for the older kids - but I liked the Teacup Ride, myself. Big sister, Aimee, took me on it - see.
The teacups kept spinning, so mummy had to pick out the better photo's from ones where we slid off the side of the picture. :o)
